Room hire fees apply to all organisational groups and personal celebrations. Minimum booking requirements apply. As per the Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements, it is a requirement that food is purchased and all guests are catered for. Technical equipment is available for hire. Security costs may apply where the hire of security guards are required. All bookings on a public holiday will incur a 10% surcharge.
